As a Service Desk Engineer (L1) you will be at the forefront of our customer support operations. You will play a critical role in ensuring that our clients IT systems run smoothly by providing timely and effective technical assistance, understanding the root of the problem and ensuring that client end users are able to continue with their business activities.
