Group Summary

The Magna Exteriors portfolio of products includes access systems such as liftgates, exterior trim, modular systems, front-end modules including fascia, active aerodynamic systems and other lightweight structural components for automotive, commercial truck and other industrial markets.

About the Role

  • Customer communication (inc. Feedbacks and special requests) Treatment of customer complaints and claims.

  • Responsible for customer demand analysis and Customer Order Management.

Your Responsibilities

  • Maintain Customer Logistic Agreements and supply chain related Customer Specific requirements (Portals, MMOGs etc.),

  • Performance Analyse of Customers,

  • Support Customer audits & support development programs,

  • Analysis of costs relevant to customer management,

  • Customer delivery truck utilization,

  • Co-responsibility for stock levels by optimizing the outbound supply chain,

  • Handling of Customer property,

  • Supports for updates on Lessons Learned and PFMEA,

  • Transport planning with optimized utilization of trucks at minimized transportation cost (routing instructions, delivery time windows, truck load optimization, delivery frequency optimization),

  • Coordination prototype deliveries,

  • Supports PFMEA & Lessons Learnts,

  • Supports Contingency Plans,

  • Budget follow up area.

Who we are looking for

  • 5 – 7 years of experience in customer management in automotive industry,

  • Knowledge in the fields of lean logistics,

  • Experience in leading a team and budget management,

  • Strong SAP (WM-MM) Knowledge,

  • Fluent in English,

  • Monitoring Shipping & Customer Management KPI’s,

  • Knowledge of Customer’s Portals.
