Specialist - Quality Assurance

We are looking for a Specialist - Quality Assurance who will work for Token Quality&Sustainability Team.Develop, implement, and oversee Quality Assurance processes and procedures to ensure the consistent production of high-quality products that meet or exceed customer expectations.

  • Perform thorough inspections and testing of products at various stages of production, identifying defects, deviations from specifications, and other quality issues.
  • Investigate root causes of quality issues, working closely with cross-functional teams to identify corrective and preventive actions. Utilize data-driven approaches to identify trends and patterns in defects.
  • Lead the identification, documentation, and implementation of corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) to address quality issues. Monitor the effectiveness of CAPAs and ensure timely closure.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of quality tests, inspections,CAPAs, audit findings, and outcomes. Generate comprehensive reports for management review and desicion-making,
  • Work with main suppliers to establish and maintain quality standards and TQM (Terminal Quality Management) requirements.
  • Conduct internal quality and TQM audits to assess adherence to quality processes and standards. Collaborate with teams to identify areas for improvement and ensure compliance.
  • Conduct Supplier process quality and TQM audits. Evaluate supplier capabilities, quality management systems, and compliance with specifications.
  • Plan and perform needed trainings on time, provide training to the organization and when necessary to the main suppliers on TQM requirements, quality standards, quality processes, CAPA methodologies, audit procedures, and best practices to enhance overall quality awareness and performance.
  • Stay up-to-date with the product-relevant regulations and standards for Turkey, the European Union, and other countries where the product is sold. Ensure that products comply with their requirements.
  • Drive a culture of continuous improvement by proactively identifying areas for enhancement in quality processes, product design, and production methods.
  • Analyze customer feedback and returns to identify recurring quality issues, addressing them promptly to enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Monitor and analyze overall call rate and epidemic call rate of each product, and report periodically.
  • Prepare yearly quality evaluation report for main suppliers by including their call rate, audit result, process performance,etc.
  • Collaborate closely with all departments to ensure seamless communication and alignment regarding quality goals.
  • Support the establishment, documentation, development, audit and reporting activities, the preparation, updating and revision of the central manual and procedures belonging standards (ISO 9001 Quality, Information Security, TQM – Mastercard, ISO 14001 Environment, ISO 14064-1 GHG Quantification&Reporting, ISO 28000-preferred) to cover entire organization with accordance to company Quality Policy, Quality Management System and Configuration Management System.
  • Provide national and international product standards in line with the demands of R&D, incorporating it into the company's document management software and keeping up-to-date on national/international database,
  • Responsible for the deployment and dissemination of TQM management system, PLM quality tool, and other improvement tools
  • Keep the Quality Management System, Terminal Quality Management up to date,
  • Provide information to GİB (Gelir İdaresi Başkanlığı) when any changes realized on product

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering
  • Preferably certified Internal /Lead Auditor on ISO 9001,ISO 14001,ISO 14064-1,TQM
  • Having experience in simplifying processes, defining procedures of product quality activities, and quality management systemsHaving experience as internal&supplier auditor
  • Having experience in Process&Product Quality,
  • Preferably having experience on payment systems
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Programs
  • Excellent verbal and written skills in English
  • Strong communication skills, written and verbal,
  • Attention to details,
  • Ability to multi-task and work under pressure.
