主要职责：
1、Responsible for the building facility maintenance, installation and facility maintenance spare parts management, as well as building firefighting safety facility management. Ensure providing a safe and reliable facility operational environment for normal business operations including plant production and office.负责大楼设施维修、安装和设施维修备件管理，以及大楼消防安全设施管理。确保为工厂生产、办公等正常业务运营提供安全可靠的设施运行环境。
2、Proper plan and management on facility maintenance spare parts in line with the facility maintenance plan.根据设备维护计划对设备维护备件进行合理的计划和管理。
3、Develop the facility maintenance plan; implement regular facility maintenance work on building, infrastructure, as well as utilities.制定设备维修计划;对建筑物、基础设施以及公用设施进行定期的设施维护工作。
4、Accomplish internal and temporary tasks arranged by immediate supervisors/manager.完成直接主管/经理安排的内部和临时任务。
