POSITION SUMMARY:

 

We are looking for a Supply Chain Executive, this person will be responsible for the Daily Operation and Inventory management of his/her product categories for Hong Kong, Macau and Travel Retail.

His / Her corresponding products categories focus on Watches (including Leather Strap) and POS-Material, and to optimize the supply and stock availability, while respecting product strategy and commercial ambitious.

This role will also be required to support the stock arrangement between HONG KONG and TAIWAN. Clear communication will be expected between Taiwan, Headquarter and HK logistic team to facilitate the Stock transfer as well as Status tracking on the delivery.

 

RESPONSIBILITIES:

 

Watches Management (Fine Jewelry Watches / Fine Watchmaking / Leather Strap):

Daily Operation:

  • Enquires / Return / Defective handling from all networks (HK / MO / HAINAN)

  • Novelties Allocation and Firm order Fulfilment

  • Order Management such as order creation, Tracking, adjustment, and order cleansing.  

  • Invoice Enquiries from Finance.

Inventory Management:

  • Stock Allocation, Rebalance & Shortage Management (HK / MO / HAINAN)

  • Customer Service and Quality Management

  • Event list proposal

  • Inventory aging and condition Monitoring. (Leather Strap)

  • Destruction (Leather Strap)

 

POS-Material Downstream Management:

Daily Operation:

  • Stocks Availability checking

  • POS-Material Withdrawal to Office

  • Order Management including Quotation (Ext. Vendor), Order creation, Tracking, Adjustment, and Order Cleansing.

  • Creation of Local use References and Pricing management

Inventory Management

  • Warehouse (Int. & Ext.) inventory Monitoring and Destruction

  • Event Support and stock preparation

 

Hong Kong and Taiwan Co-ordination (All Product Categories):

  • Coordinate with Taiwan Marketing Team regarding logistic arrangement between Hong Kong and Taiwan.

  • Follow-up with HQ and Hong Kong Logistic regarding delivery Status.

  • Manage stock returns from Taiwan to HQ via Hong Kong Warehouse.

  • Virtual Logistic Document flow for High-end Product for Taiwan stock transfer to other Market

  • Ensure optimum stock availability at HK warehouse for Taiwan Delivery.

  • Leveraging dynamic reporting tool, permanently measuring stock performance, with Taiwan Marketing team to define action item.

 

REQUIRED COMPETENCIES

  • 3 years’ experience in Supply Chain 

  • Graduate from Mathematics, Engineering or Business school.

  • IT savvy

  • High Level on Excel, ERP and SAP experience will be Plus

  • Fluent in Cantonese, Mandurian and English

  • Proactive, Good Communication Skill, Self-motivated, Agile, Positive attitude
