We are looking for Technical Application Support Consultant to join our team.
Responsibilities
- Provide Application Support activities related with service management and project management process on ServiceNow platform
- Work closely with customers to understand and translate their business and technical problems
- Assist the users to understand how they are expected to work in the IT environment
Required skills and experience
- 2+ years’ experience with system Application Support
- Knowledge in ITSM area is great advantage
- Work with the ServiceNow or similar ITSM toolset
- Excellent English is a must
Skills and Experience that will be an advantage
- Experience in developing creative solutions to business problems and working with IT Service
- Management (ITIL) processes, metrics and key performance indicators
- Experience in creating documents at various levels, including technical and customer-related documentation
