AdresMAIN PURPOSE
As part of the South East Asia & Oceania (SEAO) Regional Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) reporting to the Head of FP&A, in the role of V.I.E - South East Asia & Oceania Business Project Executive, you will be responsible for the following key activity pillars:
- Supporting the region and market project pre and post analysis
- Preparing regular financial reports for the region and each market
- Submitting annual budget and quarterly projections into the Group planning system (Anaplan)
- Conducting the regional financial consolidation
- Ensuring the administrative excellence and maintaining SAP system
- Coordinate with regional FP&A manager on finance data intelligence projects
The length of this V.I.E assignment is 12 months and ideally starts as soon as possible depending on visa requirements. This position is based in Singapore Head Office.
HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT?
- PROJECT ANALYSIS SUPPORT
- Support pre and post financial analysis on region and market Advertising & Promotion activities and Boutique Capital Expenditure (CAPEX).
- Prepare regular reports to relevant departments and regional CEO and market leaders
- REGULAR REPORT PREPARATION:
- Maintain region and market regular reports along with the month-end closing process
- Develop any new reports per region and market needs with Regional FP&A Manager
- REGIONAL CONSOLIDATION & REGULAR PLANNING FIGURES SUBMISSION
- Consolidate annual budgeting and quarterly latest estimates figures (P&L, FTE, B/S, and all relevant quantitative information) from all the markets to ensure the timely and accurate regional overview
- Submit annual budgeting and quarterly latest estimates financial figures of all the markets in Group Planning System
- Prepare and maintain all the related annual budgeting and quarterly latest estimates planning materials including Profit Dynamics slides (Excel and PowerPoint)
- ADMINISTRATIVE EXCELLENCE IN SAP
- Maintain all the SAP issues at region and markets including SAP Internal Order maintenance and budget upload process
- Coordinate SAP approval matrix update for the markets
- FINANCE DATA INTELLEGENCE INITIATIVE
- Support region and market financial dashboard development and maintenance with Regional FP&A Manager
- Support regional Robotic Process Automation initiative with the Regional FP&A Manager
- Contribute to several initiatives from the APAC regional Reporting & Analytics Team
- OTHER AD-HOC SUPPORT FOR CARTIER SEAO FP&A TEAM

As a South East Asia & Oceania Business Project Executive, you will have a great opportunity to be an essential contributor in a dynamic team, working for the success of a first-class Luxury Maison under strong business acceleration and transformation. To be successful on this role, we expect that:
- You are graduated from a Master's in Business, Accounting, Finance, or related disciplines.
- You already had similar professional experiences in Financial Analysis in the Luxury and/or Fashion Industry.
- You demonstrate excellent written and verbal English language skills along with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- You own good organizational skills; you are always on top of your tasks and ensure alignment across all parties.
- You own strong analytical skills and rigor, and have an expert Microsoft Office Suite proficiency (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). Knowledge/experience in Business Intelligence Tools (such as PowerBI) is a plus.
- You can work in a fast-paced, high energy, and high-volume workspace.
- You demonstrate a curious mind, are highly collaborative and love to work in an international environment.
