Duties & Responsibilities
- Understand customer technical requirements and business objectives
- Lead in providing technical support and consultancy to customers
- Design IT systems ensuring the right architecture and functionality
- IT system architectural design
- Take ownership of issues and enquiry related to System
- Involved in Technical documentation
Shortlisted candidates will meet the criteria, be based in Singapore
Job Qualifications/ Skills Requirements
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Business, Engineering or similar field or equivalent in a technical field
- Minimum 2yrs – 4 yrs of experience as IT/Application Engineer
- Ability to troubleshoot application issues
- Understand system architecture diagrams
- Hands on Experience with operating systems, databases will be an added advantage
- An analytical mind with problem-solving abilities
- Knowledge of web platform software, database software, content management application or ERP system
- Customer service oriented
- Self-starter
- A team player with excellent communication and presentation skills
