1. Business Development:

  • Conduct market intelligence and competitor analysis in determining market opportunities, market penetration strategies, and setting growth targets
  • Develop a Business Development strategy focused on new business area e.g. health care, software and etc in Thailand
  • Develop new business model and collaborative approaches and pursue opportunities in Smart cities, Industry 4.0, smart mobility including organizing activities and building platforms to generate, validate and realize new ideas and also digital strategy model
  • Support Generated Business’ eCommerce team that is responsible for the Bosch flagship stores
  • Prepare, analyze, and deliver data-driven review to senior management for crafting a strategy in the mobility start-ups space
  • Support internal start-ups e.g. participate in Bosch Business Model Accelerator Program to support growth and development of regional innovation to move successfully into the global marketplace

2. Push for Sales:

Cross Selling support, Advocacy support

  • Coordinating with local Generated Business’ cross selling coordinators and G6/PJ-CS
  • Organize cross Generated Business activities, offer cross expertise in customer meetings, initiate and coordinate cross division exhibitions

3. Regional Strategic Support:

AST, Industry data and analysis, Country slides, ASEAN to do list tracking and follow up

  • Regular news submissions to RBAS/P-OFE office and successful submissions for AST topics
  • Preparation of standard country slide set for TH
  • Continuous ASEAN to-do list tracking and follow-up to support RBAS/P-OFE office
  • Other industry data provided to regional office

4. Management Support

Management meetings, RO meetings, GMM, G,P, BV visits, special meetings and events, Town Hall support

  • Organization of monthly management meetings
  • Preparation of materials for GLS, GMM, etc.
  • Preparation of RBAS/GM-TH presentation for both internal and external meetings/events
  • Support and preparation of Town hall meeting, coordination and preparation for G visits, support C/CCR-AS for Town hall meeting

5. Any assigned from supervisor or regional office

Qualifications

  1. Education: Bachelor degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related fields.
  2. Work Experience: At least 5 years in Key Account Business Development, project management and / or Marketing Analysis. Possess strong analysis background and passionate in information, data, reports and its application to solve problems. The ability to communicate business topics / solutions is highly important.
  3. Languages: Proficiency in written and spoken English.
  4. Hardware / Software Skills: Microsoft Office, Analytical skill, Business acumen, Basic AI knowledge would be preferred
  5. Characteristics: Must possess strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills. Ability to interact with clients and stakeholders at all levels, hard working, able to work under pressure and work after office hours.
