- To ensure section or area of work fully complies with the Food Safety in relation to Company guidelines
- To maintain standards of food quality in all areas of the business including Staff Restaurant
- To ensure all relevant documentation in relation to Food Safety is carried out without exception
- Act on daily request from Supervisors
- To ensure Taste Panel is carried out in the absence of a Sous Chef
- Action and report any failure in our Brand Standard immediately
- To ensure any job specific responsibility is carried out within set time frame
- To ensure you respond to any requests promptly and in a courteous manner, including home work deadline of any courses
- Assist and develop junior members of the team
- To be involved with Taste Panels and document
- To be involved with all Maintenance issues and report to Supervisor
- To be involved with all daily briefing of staff members
- To be involved with all Stewarding defects and report to Supervisor
- To maintain the Department in a service and cost effective manner that reflects our service product, highest health and safety and hygiene factors in order to comply with Hotel, Company and internal and external customer satisfaction
- To be involved with the training of all staff to meet Company standards
