Global Repair Operations is part of Global Service and our aim is to repair and deliver materials and services to Service teams across the Globe. Repair scope is in all components of the turbine, main and spare parts, and we repair both in our factories and through external suppliers and partners. We are continuously developing our repair business and strategy to enable us to drive the technical solution and design of the repair footprint.
Global Repair Operation is a team of more than 325 motivated employees located all around the globe. Safety is our main driver and quality and delivery are our key measurables to make sure we deliver best in class products at a competitive price. We are working on continuous improvement of our effectiveness around the business, while impacting the Vestas Sustainability agenda, becoming the Core at the Zero Waste Model of Vestas. You will be joining an international team, which is constantly striving for improvement and promoting a sustainable and scalable business.
Responsibilities
As Global Preowned Operations Manager, your main responsibility will be to guide the team to industrialize, standardize and scale our current Preowned Operations, currently based in Northern Europe.:
Your primary tasks will be as follows but not limited to: 

• Be the main creator and driver for the Pre-owned strategy together with primary stakeholders
• Guiding and developing your team in the right direction, while keeping high safety and quality standards
• Industrializing and standardizing to maximize the refurbishment operations to the best possible extend, while maintaining the flexibility and agility of the business
• Implementation of S&OP processes together with the Service Commercial counterpart, securing execution of projects and priorities according to market and sales agreements
• Set the basics for scalable growth of the business through technical capabilities and instructions to enable and foster technology transfer
• Coordinate target markets with project managers, and implement the operation in various regions
• Be involved in the startup for future locations of Pre-owned Operations globally

Qualifications

• Relevant degree in e.g. Business, Economics or Management combined with experience from a similar position in an international company
• Change Management expertise  
• Knowledge of organizational effectiveness and operations management
• Excellent communication skills and fluency in English and understanding of Danish 
• We prefer Industry experience

• Good at working cross functional with different stakeholders at all organizational levels
• Values productivity and efficiency, and is willing to work hard to ensure optimal problem solving, and continuous improvement, and to make the necessary decisions

• Well-organized and structured approach, yet flexible and able to change direction and deliver on time in an ever-growing environment
