· Bachelor’s Degree

· Min. 10 years professional and managerial experience in preferably FMCG sector (experience in Dealers/Distributors relations and back office system management is a must)

· CRM knowledge

· Excellent project management skills (preferably certificated in project management)

· Excellent technical skills and collaboration with IT teams

· Actively following new technology trends

· Knowledge about Artificial Intelligence

· Attention to details and effective time management

· Ready and willing to work with multitasking agenda

· Analytical thinking skills

· Excellent command of written and spoken English

· Advanced MS Office skills

· No travel restrictions

 

Job Description

 

Sales Technologies and Infrastructural Operation Management:

 

· Continuously assesses current business processes with sales perspective to define development areas and develop sustainable and efficient sales technologies

· Leads and collaborates on elaboration of business cases to support Project scope

· Leads and monitors sales systems usage change management, communication and training activities related to the Project

· Plans, coordinates and acts on project rollouts, ensures that quality standards are followed and sales systems projects rollouts are completed on time, on scope and on budget

· Implements pilot field studies to calculate real time & motion effect and benefits of each development in the field

· Closely monitors timeliness on daily operations on sales systems

· Support IDS team on analysis work efforts of third party providers and consultants, manages end user tests, builds a bridge between IDS and the rest of the sales organization.

· Manages Sales Infrastructure Projects lead and sponsor expectations

· Responsible for infrastructural communication management in Sales and Sales Strategies directorates.

· Collaborates with sales team to design and achieve operational excellence in all sales processes

· Manages relationships between Business Solutions (IT), Vendors, Sales Team and HQ to create optimum solutions for total company

· Approves IDS designed blueprints and ensures efficiency on business needs explanations

· Ensures project and program management processes and systems are efficient and effective whilst aligned to business needs
