Job Summary:

The role holder will have regional responsibility which covers 11 countries: Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Armenia, Azerbaijan, Georgia, Belarus, Uzbekistan, Tajikistan, Afghanistan, Mongolia and Turkmenistan.

Key Responsibilities:

• Being accountable for Colgate-Palmolive brands in media planning and developing the media buying strategy within agreed budgets year on year; 
• Preparing quarterly and annual media plans for the assigned brands and contributing to the overall marketing mix strategy reflecting local realities/requirements;
• Executing the procurement of the developed plans and projects in TV, Outdoor, Radio Businesses for the Colgate-Palmolive brands; 
• Planning and executing communication projects for high quality placement of Colgate-Palmolive brands in right media channels in TV, radio, print media and interactive media platforms within the specified region;
• Ensuring all relevant media communication channels are activated locally in line with global strategy;
• Developing new communication channels, identifying and following up latest trends, seeking out new opportunities and applying them to general and digital communication strategy of the company; 
• Researching and developing continuous network of contacts to establish new opportunities for company;
• Defining the role of new media and web channels within CACE marketing mix and then developing strategic plans based on web to further promote activities;
• Supporting global digital initiatives; 
• Coordination of the news distributions within social media; 
• Coordination of 3rd production parties; such as video, photography, web, creative agencies and clipping agencies to get local input while managing communication with countries, managing budget and reflecting changes and adapting quickly.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree from a reputable university, preferably in Business related subjects
• 4 to 5 years of professional experience in Media Planning and Procurement within a multinational environment
• Strong communication, negotiation and presentation skills
• Marketing understanding and strong analytical skills with problem solving capabilities
• Excellent command of both written and spoken English 
• Russian proficiency is highly preferred 
• Excellent knowledge of Ms Office applications
