We are looking for a Senior Service Delivery Manager in Madrid to lead the delivery of one of our key contracts within the Hybrid Cloud and Infrastructure business line. Interested? read on!
The Service Delivery Manager is the responsible for the successful execution of the project (in line with defined plans, budget and contractual obligations) coordinating all involved delivery teams. He works closely with key stakeholders, Account Sales and the Delivery towers within the Hybrid Cloud and Infra unit.
What would be your functions?
- Be able to report at any time a clear picture of the contract in all its dimensions: relationship with the client, financial KPIs, team and resources, and SLA with the aim to assure and monitor the quality of the delivery and identify any risks or issues at early stage.
- Drive end-to-end project or run execution by orchestrating the delivery towers, in line with Atos delivery standards, contractual obligations, defined budget and planning
- Understand and challenge clients’ business needs, promoting any opportunity to deliver business value to our customer through innovative solutions adapted to the customer maturity and needs
- Secure smooth running of the project by ensuring troubleshooting/maintenance (predictive, preventive and corrective maintenance)
- Drive project profitability though productivity improvement, juniorization, high/low cost location ratio, automation in sync with the business lines drivers
- Maximize the fertilization around the project promoting additional projects and scope within our contractual agreement
How much experience do you need?
- At least 8 years of experience in IT Service Delivery management - Have experience in team and project management
What education do you need?
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field - A Master's degree in Business Administration (MBA) is preferred
What knowledge and skills do you need?
- Found management of the project PnL
- Proficiency on ITIL framework
- Familiarity with incident management tools such as ServiceNow or Remedy
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong leadership skills
