What do we expect you to bring?

• Bachelor’s degree in related fields,
• Minimum 7 years of recruitment experience,
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate to all levels of the organization,
• Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines,
• Preferably fluent in English (both written & verbal),
• Proficiency in MS Office applications,
• Preferably experience in agile working model.

How can you make an impact?

• Execute end-to-end mass hiring process (sourcing applicants,screening resumes and interviewing candidates, reference checks, offer process etc.),
• Support the recruitment process of all open positions of the company when needed,
• Create candidate pool (using different career platforms, referrals etc.),
• Provide standard update reports to recruitment team,
• Consult with hiring managers to deliver innovative and efficient solutions for hiring needs,
• Support internship programs,
