çalışma şekliThe Finance Platforms of Allianz Technology is looking for an Insurance Accounting Technical Lead.
The Insurance Accounting Technical Lead will manage the Accounting business applications used by the agents, implementing front end functionalities, pipelines of batch or real-time processing, transformation and treatment of structured and unstructured data, incidents and run/issues activities related.
The Insurance Technical Accounting Lead will work with different technologies constantly evolving knowledge and curiosity regarding new technologies and methods.
The Insurance Technical Accounting Lead has to demonstrate and evolve the ability to build relationships with different team works, including international ones, and always ensure the achievement of the best solution in accordance with the needs and requirements shared.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Analyze the business requirements related to new functionalities/upgrading of existing features on Accounting Front End Application, also from the point of view of infrastructure/security issues
• Draw the best solution, according to the business requirements in collaboration with outsourcer
• Monitoring timing of developing executed by outsourcer, with focus with respect of time of projects defined with AZ TECH’s Customer
• Plan and supervise activities in case of scheduled or emergency changes
• Supervise the resolution of issues tickets by outsourcer, checking the development time consistency with the agreed SLA’s
REQUIREMENTS/SKILLS/EXPERIENCE
• Master’s degree in Engineering or Information Technology
• Proven experience (at least 3 years) in the same position
• Experience of working with Database technologies, preferably DB2 and SQL servers
• Experience with applications based on .NET
• Experience with applications COBOL/CICS/DB2 and Batch
• Experience with containerization technologies
• Excellent knowledge of Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Strong analysis, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Interested in new technologies and new methods for analytics
• Team spirit, self-motivation, and a proactive result-driven working style as well as the ability to interact in a global work environment with people from different countries and cultures
• Strong ability to work under pressure, manage issues and sharply meet deadlines
• Fluent in Italian and English (written and spoken)
• Strong interest in working in international context
