Algorithm / Driving Functions Testing- Tech Lead
Job Description:
- Testing of automotive feature/function software/components (ACC, AEB, TSR, LKA etc.) for ADAS/AD systems
- Coordination and regular interaction with different stakeholders and teams like testing, requirements, leads etc.
- Participate in SW requirement generation, SW architecture, detailed design etc.
- Possess technical knowledge and skill sets to interact with counterpart and team with ease on technical matters.
- Evaluate and provide estimates for new tasks & have good trouble shooting technical skills.
- Regularly leads important projects that require experienced project team members. Demonstrate a degree of flexibility in resolving problem/issues that attest to in depth command of all technique, processes tools and standard within the relevant field of specialization
Requirement:
- 7- 9 years of experience in Testing of Algorithm & Functions for advance driver assist systems (ADAS), Autonomous driving (AD)
- Experienced in testing using MATLAB Simulink, TargetLink, Stateflow
- Hands on experience of MIL, SIL, Performance Test, Functional testing using Simulation tools like CarMaker or CarSim
- knowledge in C, C++
- Issue management and version control
- Knowledge of ASPICE processes, Static analysis, MISRA checks etc.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proactive approach for problem solving
- Scripting Knowledge - Python/MATLAB
Good to have:
- Knowledge of ADAS/AD functions (ACC, TSR, AEB, LCA etc), Data Analysis
- Experience in leading a small team .
- Experienced in managing and authoring/ reviewing of function specification requirements
- Familiarity with AUTOSAR RTE
Nice to have:
- AUTOSAR, Functional Safety (ISO26262) exposure
