ZF is an innovation-driven company that develops volume production-ready products based on its own research and development efforts and thus invests in the future in a targeted way. We are currently expanding our R&D teams in Serbia and looking for a new colleagues who will join our team at our new location Novi Sad.
Your tasks:
Independent planning and overall responsibility for the technical development of electronic systems (electrical drives, power converters, high voltage electronics) until they are ready for series production
Initiating, coordinating and controlling development tasks of the system feature functions including all system work products, taking into account the development process SYS.2 - SYS.5 with regard to technical content, schedule, budget and quality - tracking the system features through the complete V-cycle (end -to-end responsibility)
Analysis of customer requirements (SYS.1) as well as coordination with customers, international development partners and cross-departmental interfaces
Technical management of the assigned system project roles (Feature Owner, Safety Mgr., Cyber Security Mgr., Calibration Eng., Diagnosis Coordinator, Software Coordinator)
Independent assessment of the technical requirements for the release of product features and participation in the overall system release recommendation (reports directly to the development project manager)
Your profile:
Completed studies in embedded software, electrical engineering, mechatronics or comparable studies
Sound knowledge and experience in system development of electronic control devices and systems, ideally in the area of high-voltage electrification or in the international automotive sector
Strong analytical skills and strong communication skills
Independent working style, initiative, ability to work in a team, high resilience and decision-making skills
High assertiveness and business fluent knowledge of spoken and written English
