Develop andimplement strategic business plans to drive growth and profitability
Lead and mentora high-performing team, fostering a collaborative and innovative workenvironment
Identify andpursue new business opportunities, partnerships, and markets to expandcompany’s footprint
Lead thenegotiation and closure of high-impact deals and contracts
Overseeday-to-day operations, ensuring efficiency, quality, and customer satisfaction
Collaboratewith cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement and operationalexcellence
Establish andmaintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, clients, and industrypartners
Qualifications:
6+ years ofexperience in Advertising and Media Sales, Digital Media and Content Marketingwith proven experience as a Director or in a senior leadership role.
InfluencerMarketing Experience is HUGE plus.
Ability tomotivate team and have inner motivation with strong communication skills
Strong businessdevelopment experience with a track record of successful market expansion.
Eager to workwithin a dynamic and fast-paced environment
Able to tracksales KPI’s of clients, having a deep understanding of P&L
Active user ofG Suite and MS Office programs,
Advancedcommunication skills in both written and spoken English is a must.
