Main Responsibilities

• Follow the reemployment law suits process

• Coordination with the lawyers which are received consultancy and reporting related to follow up jobs

• Coordination of discipline committee activities

• Follow up legislative changes which is related of duty and responsibility.

• Follow up Collective Agreement process

Experience

• 3+ Experience in related fields

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Law, Labour Economics and Industrial Relations

Requirements

• Capable of taking initiative, efficient planning and organization skills

• Excellent quantitative and analytical skills

• Communication and presentation skills

• Knowledge and experience in the Labour Law, Trade Unions and Collective Labor Agreement

Law is preferable.

• Effective English language skills

• Data processing and data management

• MS Office is an advantage

Needed Training & Certificates

• Driving License

• Advanced competency in verbal and written English Communication & Negotiation Skills
