We are currently looking for a Medical Managerto join our Nestle Health Science team.

Location: Maslak, İstanbul

Type of contract: Permanent

As a Medical Manager, you will have the following responsibilities;

• Proactively cooperating with marketing, sales and regulatory functions by providing medical and scientific support in order to reach strategic business objectives.

• Conduct medical activities, scientific meetings and clinical presentations.

• Attend congresses, meetings, workshops at global and local level with key opinion leaders in order to bring scientific expertise and to gather insight for strategic development of the business.

• Asses training needs and provide medical trainings, update information to sales force in order to build medical competence with related training tools and materials.

• Ensure that all business activities are compliant with local legislations,company code of conduct and ethics.

• Build long term partnership and business network with key stakeholders.

• Identify, meet, interview and persuade clinicians to conduct clinical trials and to play key role in clinical trials management.

• Respond to Consumer Care related queries from both external and internal customers/consumers.

• Assist marketing in the development and review of sales promotion materials.

• Provide approvals for sales materials, packaging and labels developed by the marketing team.

• Contribute to the development and review of website/ social media and other media (if needed) contents of all consumer care brands.

• Development, review and delivery of a new starter training program for Consumer Care sales teams

• Deliver ongoing professional development to national field force through development and delivery of training materials/assessments and educational newsletters.

Which profile are we looking for?

• Experience of working as Medical Manager in Consumer Care / Pharma

• Highly developed interpersonal and communication skills

• Managed independently under challenging/demanding market environments to achieve and exceed goals

• Has had experience of working in a team

• Experience in developing long-term relationships with leaders and authorities of the medical/healthcare community

• BSc Degree in Pharmaceutics/ Nutrition and Dietetics/ mMedicine or related Science major (biology etc.) is required, MBA is a plus.

• 5 to 8 years of successful professional medical marketing experience in the healthcare industry – especially in Consumer Care

• 2 to 5 years of Medical Manager experience with a demonstrated track record of success in Consumer Care

• Fluent in English
