POSITION SUMMARY
The key mission for the Regional HighEnd Merchandising & Operations Executive is to aid local markets in maximizing visibility and accessibility of High End Watches to potential clients.
The Regional HighEnd Merchandising & Operations Executive will support the assessment of local context in conjunction with relevant departments to allocate resources for defined action plans based on targeted flows to achieve the High End sales objectives, in a solid and sustainable manner.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
High-End Sales Performance
- Assist the Teams to drive High End watch sales performance with short and middle term action plan in accordance with the Brand’s strategic objectives
High-End Strategy & Action Plan
- Integration of FWM category into the High End
- Analysis of High End Watch Business in all regional markets
- Execution and supportive action plan based on BU event calendar
- Collaborating with local watch and High End teams to arbitrate NLE novelty launches
- Collaborating with Partners’ team for ad-hoc activations requiring stock support
- FWM and high End tool PLAZA integration
- Distribution of High End watch Product News
High End Stock Management
- Management of requests and events through High End tools
- SAP administrative support in product and shipment
- Liaison with FJW FWM Central and Asia team on creations availability, delivery and returns
- Liaison with Logistics on FJW FWM creations’ shipments and deliveries, including Cites and Carnet tracking
- Update of SEAO Stock file and maintaining boutique allocation, including SEAO Specialist, ASEAN, Vietnam and New Zealand
- Execute all SEAO watch travelling collections and events
- Following up with Local SAV and Central team on Repair and other Technical or strap Issues
High EndCreation Visibility & VM Display
- Constructive feedback on VM display tools based on commercial strategy
- Visiting the Boutiques regularly to ensure High End watch creations visibility are optimized
- Propose creations for PR shoots and media campaigns based on marketing strategies
Special Projects
- Manage assigned special projects
- High End event support
Packaging
- Packaging and POSM management for SEAO including Specialists, ASEAN, Vietnam and New Zealand
Requirements
- You have at least 3 years of work experience, preferably in Luxury Retail or Hospitality industry
- Have related experience in stock management
- Have good analytical skills and can navigate complexity
- Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills
- Digitally and IT savvy with good command of MS office package including excel
