As part of our 2023 growth plans in Turkey, we are looking for a passionate and proactive Field Sales Developer, willing to break new ground and demonstrate consistent achievement for Quandoo.

Job Description- Organise your agenda proactively, setting appointments with restaurant owners following the guidelines provided by Quandoo.
- Work in the field with daily visits to merchants in your area which means reaching physically merchants in the main areas that Quandoo wants to develop
- As a field sales, your main activities will be: cold calls, pre-scheduled meetings and walk-ins.
- Propose the solutions that Quandoo offers restaurants, adapting them to the needs of each restaurateur.
- Conclude agreements to ensure restaurant satisfaction.
- Use the CRM system (Salesforce) to record all activities carried out during the day
- Turkish as a mother tongue.
- The candidate must live in Istanbul and have a good knowledge of the area.
- Experience as Business Developer working on the fieldin the acquisition of new customers in the B2B environment.
- Ability to work autonomously with the ambition to grow together with our team, directing activities towards achieving monthly targets.
- Great communication, negotiation and relationship skills.
- High flexibility, organizational and prioritization skills
- Result oriented attitude and desire to achieve successful results
- Fluency in English
- Fluency in Italian will be a plus
- Having a car
- Initial 12-month fixed-term employment with a view to conversion to permanent.
