We are currently looking for a Senior Sales Managerjoin our Nestle Health Science Consumer Care team.

Location: İstanbul

Type of contract: Permanent

As a Senior Sales Manager, you will have the following responsibilities;

  • You will be responsible to determine national sales quotas based on market conditions and competition, distribute the approved quotas and ensure its realization, distribution results, pre order performance

  • You will responsible to repare and follow up sales force incentive plan in line with sales and marketing strategies

  • You will responsible to ensure effective calls of sales force executing product mix, promotional plans and platform based strategy defined by marketing, take corrective actions where required

  • You will responsible to ensure and follow up sales force effectiveness through established performance management tools

  • You will responsible to prepare and follow up national sales budget for current brands & new launches

  • You will responsible to plan sales force trainings being consistent with organizational improvement, goals and regional requirement in collaboration with HR Documents, provides feedback and coaches on field interactions, successes, challenges, and developmental opportunities providing coaching, motivation, and support. Provide Performance Improvement Plans when necessary

  • You will be mentors and develops team based on Nestle Leadership Framework and Sales Functional Competency Framework. Timely performance reviews and PDG conversations in line with Individual Competency Matrix and target achievements.

  • You will be responsible to ensure effective pharmacy management aligning with e-commerce channel

  • You will responsible to manage and take active role in recruitment process of sales team

Which profile are we looking for?

  • Bachelor degree required *MBA preferred

  • 5 to 8 years of successful professional sales experience in the health care industry

  • 2 to 5 years of leadership experience with a demonstrated track record of success in consumer care

  • Proficiency in English needed
