Join our team of skilled Retail, Sales and Operations professionals who are dedicated to buying and selling the most diverse cars on the planet.

What to expect from a Senior Corporate Sales Manager at VavaCars;

Your mission is to rapidly build and grow the dealer data, scale network reach, and help join new galleries, corporates, and dealers as business partners. You will communicate daily with the used car galleries, fleets and operation departments of car rental companies as well as seek new opportunities and partnerships.

You will have the opportunity to grow and develop as we scale the business, allowing for exciting scope for personal and professional growth. Working as part of a well-funded and highly ambitious start-up unit, your role will be a hands-on role with real responsibility and impact from day one.

  • Building, engaging, and maintaining the best customer network in Turkey:
  • Managing all processes regarding potential customers and gaining new customers on Customer Database
  • Ensuring new galleries become members of VavaCars' platform and follow the auction platform.
  • Contacting the gallery owners and second-hand vehicle companies, by visiting them systematically and programmatically
  • Creating a large gallery data line to ensure monthly and quarterly targets are met.
  • Excel in retention of a growing business within your network, manage your pipeline of customers by getting, keeping, growing, your customer segments.
  • Guiding dealers using our platform
  • Ensuring the establishment and management of the Key Account team who will grow in coordination with new innovative platforms.
  • Monitoring and managing preparation, delivery operation and sales processes of vehicles sold in a timely manner and collect payments within payment terms.
  • Supporting and guiding the development of the platform in line with the feedback of the galleries and used car market.
  • Reporting competitive activity on the field
  • Following trends and regulations in the market and giving feedback to the center
  • Supporting the team in pricing second-hand cars
  • Supporting the development of B2B channel by contacting operational leasing and fleet companies regarding car purchases.
  • Support the auction platform and HQ teams.

What you will bring:

  • BS/MS degree in a related field from a reputable university and at least 3 years of Business Development experience in a fast moving / high growth brand and business
  • Minimum 8 years of work experience in new and / or used car sector with team management experience.
  • Knowledge of B2B in Turkey (auto business knowledge is a plus)
  • Maintaining contact with all companies partnering VavaCars
  • CRM management tool use is compulsory.
  • Good command of English
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Best in class analytical skills and comfortable with a data-driven approach to decision making and comfortable with innovations and re-imagination of the traditional
  • Highly capable of meeting strict deadlines in a high-pressure, ever-changing, and fast paced environment
  • Highly motivated, goal-oriented, and self-directed. Energetic, can-do attitude with a strong bias for action
