We are excited to invite applications for the position of Marketing Manager in theInnovation team which is part of the Africa/Eurasia Marketing Division team. In this role,
you will lead the Equity strategy, Innovation roadmap & IBE (Integrated BrandExperience) development for the Palmolive brand for the Africa/Eurasia Division.
The job location will be Istanbul.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Your main purpose will be to develop Strategy, Innovation and IBE for our key brands.You will manage and execute best in class innovation & IBE including:
● Partnering with insights to leverage people centricity and trends
● Define the Brand Promise, Strategy, and Long Term Growth Plan (incl. 4Ps, innovation& communication)
● Develop focussed innovation roadmaps based on the brand/hubs strategic needs andcommercial requirements
● Develop the specific innovations for all elements of the bundle - partnering with R&DTechnology, Supply Chain, Packaging & Design
● Develop the IBE by partnering with our advertising agency & collaborating with otherDivisionsBesides this, you will need to partner with other cross functional teams including CustomerDevelopment, Retail Marketing and Finance.
SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES:
Demonstrated competencies in the ability to be strategic & analytical (connecting the dots),challenge “group think”, being creative, dealing with ambiguity, leading cross functional teams.
Having the attitude of a growth mindset, people centricity, being courageous andcurious/passionate along with the functional skills/familiarity in digital & design.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
● 10 years experience in FMCG, banking/finance, insurance, media agencies, ecommercefirms or other relevant sales/marketing experience.
● +5 years of experience working in marketing with both commercial & innovationexperiences
