We are looking for our new Area ServicesManager, a key member of the Bobst Istanbul Services team to develop proximity, present new technologies to our customers in the Turkish and Caucasus region, and be a trusted partner in increasing their production efficiency!

The Area Service Manager is the Seller of BU Services & Performances. The ASM is initiating sales conversations and making the selling process easy for the customer. This position's main responsibility will be in Web Fed products.
The ASM recommends and pushes the best Bobst Services Products in line with our customers’ needs.

Accountable for the business development of the Web Fed products sales in the area, the position's main responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Grow service & parts business revenues and accelerate sales growth in the region
  • Increase sales of service focus items
  • Sustain/ improve customer satisfaction
  • Develop the relationship with decision makers within the customers’ organization
  • Intervene in case of overdue cases for selected customers
  • Participate in customer calls and internal event analysis sessions, as requested
  • Roll out and implement newly developed service offerings
  • Lead the market intelligence work for her/ his concerned territory (including price levels, competition actions, market dynamics)
  • Build up on an industry network including brand owners pain points knowledge
  • Drive Customers contacts to organize Maintenance plus and Premium visits. Lead maintenance contracts follow-ups.
  • Make sure to do necessary customer contact database updates in case of changes or modifications
  • Work cross functionally with machines capital sales team to deliver a combined value proposition to our customers. Promote and enable partnership between BUPC and BUSP
  • Act in respect of the code of conduct and the values of the Company and encourage other to do so
  • Any ad hoc task or project required
  • 5 years or more experience in a similar role in the industrial domain. Ideally, exposure to manufacturing and production environment (packaging industry a plus)
  • Proven track record in developing commercial relationships and servicing clients. Service driven, solution and result-oriented
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Sharp negotiations skills (from prospecting to closing)
  • Good industry market knowledge (incl. clients, competitors and understanding of brand owners operating mode)
  • Exposure to local culture
  • English (at least B2)
  • Native proficiency in Turkish will be required
  • Technical or commercial education (University level or equivalent recommended)
