Lead Sales Ops Specialist, Advanced Materials, APAC
THIS ROLE WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR
Develop APAC Commercial Excellence strategy/ processes/tools and implementation to regions, drive changes and continuous improvement to improve Sales Productivity
Lead customer excellence efforts including sales pipeline build up, sales behavior improvement to achieve business results
Develop Channel strategy and tools to optimize sales channels, including distributor new development and termination/annual target setting/rebate policy/online digital tools development etc,
Work with GMs to coach and develop sales capability and professionalism
Manage product pricing, product portfolio and margin in daily basis
Provide in class and on site training to sales team to improve value selling skills

QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor’s Degree in Management, Sales or Engineering (Master’s degree or MBA preferred)
Experience in sales and channel management
Experience in Industrial Manufacturing industry
Ability to motivate and build high performing teams
Ability to influence, negotiate and partner in a matrix organization
Ability to influence and drive change throughout organization
