So, what responsibilities does the Financial Decision Support and Productivity take on at Otokoç Otomotiv?

• Conducting Financial Analysis of Efficiency Projects to support decisions (K&Z, NBD, Internal Rate of Return (IRR), Return on Investment, etc.)
• Planning of business process optimization and analysis
• Building business plans and analytical models to support the decision process
• Conducting productivity KPI analysis and making recommendations to business units
• Reporting of efficiency KPI results, providing feedback, designing regulatory and preventive activities
• Performing and monitoring the income and expense analyses of the processes that are included in the efficiency scope during the year
• Follow-up and finalization of the projects determined during the year
• Identifying inefficient areas related to business processes and suggesting new ideas
  

What are the Required Qualifications?

• Bachelor’s degree from a university in Engineering Departments, preferably Industrial Engineering
• High potential with strong analytical and problem solving skills, critical thinking, result-oriented approach and ability to interpret financial data
• Data-driven, comfortable working with complex data sources and creating simple narratives
• Self-driven, able to work independently whilst valuing and fostering relationships with other key business areas
• Confident to make decisions within an agreed strategic framework
• Always open to learning and embraces and supports change
• Strong collaboration and communication skills
• Excellent command of English both written and spoken
• Advanced level of MS Office applications, especially master in excel
