So, what responsibilities does the Technology Platform Solutions Manager take on at Otokoç Otomotiv?

•Lead and manage the Data Analytics and ERP Framework teams, fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and innovation
•Provide strategic direction and guidance to the teams to ensure the successful execution of projects
•Develop and implement a technology roadmap for data analytics and ERP framework, aligning with the overall business objectives
•Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies to drive continuous improvement
•Help ensure the efficient flow of work between the business units and technology teams, the timely delivery of high-quality outputs
•Foster a collaborative and inclusive work environment, encouraging skill development and career growth
•Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of data analytics and ERP projects with the related business units, ensuring they meet quality standards and timelines
•Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and align technology solutions with business needs
•In charge of the stable operation and development of frameworks used by product development teams across the organization

What are the Required Qualifications?

•At least a bachelor's degree, preferably in computer science, engineering, business management, or a related field
•Minimum 10+ years of experience in data analytics, ERP systems management, or a related field
•Leadership experience and team management skills to foster a culture of excellence, collaboration, and innovation
•Strategic thinking ability and guidance skills to ensure successful project execution
•Strong understanding of technology and knowledge in developing and implementing data analytics and ERP frameworks
•Ability to stay abreast of industry trends and new technologies, with a vision for continuous improvement and innovation
•Effective communication skills between business units and technology teams and experience in managing workflow
•Willingness to create a supportive work environment for career development and skill enhancement
•Project planning, execution, and delivery skills, meeting quality standards and timelines
•Ability to understand business requirements and align technology solutions with business needs through collaboration with stakeholders.
•Ability to be responsible for the stable operation and development of frameworks across the organization
