We are currently looking for a Senior Category Development Manager to join our Nestle Waters team.
Location: Maslak, İstanbul
Type of contract: Permanent
As a Senior Category Development Manager , you will have the following responsibilities;
- You will be responsible to define strategies and plans that deliver Category/sub Category growth based on consumer, shopper and customer requirements.
- You will responsible to Identify priority channels for the Category/sub Category and work with Channel Manager to recommend tailored Category Channel plans in line with overall market strategy
- You will responsible to develop and propose the in-store vision of success for the category/sub category in each channel. Support its implementation and continuously review the effectiveness of our in-store actions.
- You will responsible to contribute to the ICP process by identifying the key opportunities and possible action plans for the Category/sub Category.
- You will responsible to Recommend actionable in-store solutions based on a clear understanding on shopper behaviour within your Category/sub Category.
- You will responsible to ecommend clear promotional guidelines based on shopper understanding and current market knowledge. Ensure all promotional investment is properly reviewed and evaluated
- You will responsible to recommend winning commercial propositions for the category/sub category, effectively communicating these to customer and field sales managers as appropriate.
- You will responsible ownership of primary Retail sales data and reporting
- You will responsible to publish periodic (daily, monthly sales, stock etc.) sales function reports
- You will responsible to develop annual commercial calendar with sales forecasts as an output of ICP, cascade down to channels and RTM as primary sales target
Which profile are we looking for?
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree
- More than 5-6 years in business operations, with at least 4 years exposure in sales, and over this period has successfully delivered on KPIs, especially top and bottom line business results
- Leads Field Sales function
- Understands all sales functions i.e. CCSD, Customer, Field Sales
- Advanced English
