We are looking for a motivated expert to join our team as Talent, Career & Performance Support Specialist. You will play a meaningful role in supporting the accurate follow-up of the Talent and Career management processes at Eviden!
Job Responsibilities:
Provide support to the Talent & Career management leads. Support the performance management, talent and career management processes by securing that all processes are done in the right and timely way.
Administrating, coordinating, chasing, reporting, and processing all three areas such as reporting and sending chasing communication on regular basis of objective setting, IDP/ SADP creation, performance/potential rating and other process related steps.
Update pools monthly in line with add/drop process – as well as annual alumni reviews.
Support the Talent review & organizational planning process – preparing packs/org charts, update changes, critical roles /track changes/talent profile cards, etc.
Reporting on talent communities, appraisal ratings, career progression etc.
Support the Global Talent Programmed nomination and selection process – prepare packs, update files, maintain records, prepare accurate reports and analysis.
Job Requirements:
Proficient in French and English language
Excellent MS Office skills, including proficiency in Excel
Basic understanding of the principles, theories, and practices of group dynamics and/or team development
Can work efficiently in a global, multi-cultural environment
Proactively seeks customer feedback and shows dedication to deliver results
Optimally handles customer expectations through interpersonal skills
Adapts to changing circumstances and that impact goals and plans, and shows flexibility
