We are seeking an Assistant Account Manager - Mass Hair to work within Customer Development in H&B Channel.

Your Role:

The purpose of the role is to develop and execute the customer strategy and the customer business plan and drive the growth and profitability agenda within the H&B Channel.

Key responsibilities include the following: 

  • Managing and developing the relationship with the Modern H&B Customers, (Gratis-Watsons-Rossmann & Eve),
  • Developing, implementing, and optimizing the customer strategy,
  • Agreeing a joint customer business plan for mass hair brands to meet business objectives,
  • Delivering, monitoring, and reviewing the plan,
  • Providing customer and channel understanding,
  • To effectively manage the mass hair business end-to-end to deliver against the opportunity presented. This will require careful stakeholder engagement at all levels in the organization to ensure adequate support, focus, and investment are made,
  • Negotiating trade terms and trade funding,
  • Managing customer operations,
  • Working in close collaboration with the Category Managers for the category input, and with customer marketing for the banner/channel plan,
  • Ensuring effective use of trade spend with your customers,
  • Driving & monitor Perfect Store execution KPI,
  • Evaluating the implementation of promotional & merchandising activities,
  • Inputting into the S&OP process including forecasting,
  • Working closely with Customer Service to improve performance,
  • Monitoring Customer Performance by tracking customer contribution and market share for mass hair brands (Elidor-Clear & Dove Hair) to maximize opportunities in customer/region.

  • At least 2 years of working experience in sales experience

  • Excellent written and spoken Turkish & English

Preferable:

  • Account experience in Customer Development
  • Good level of Excel and PowerPoint skills
