About the Role:

As a Key Account Manager eCommerce – Pure Players , your main responsibility will be guiding Ferrero’s sales strategy. You’ll work alongside the head of accounts to build brilliant relationships with a breadth of clients, define sales strategies, targets, programs, commercial initiatives, and promotional policies. Main Responsibilities:

  • Build online business plans with your customers to drive the overall business;
  • Execute online plans that are aligned with overall business objectives and customer strategies;
  • Align the strategy implementation with all relevant stakeholders (Global e-commerce, local sales and marketing)
  • Facilitate excellence in execution in the daily business by planning, forecasting, communicating, anticipating, measuring results consistently and implementing corrective action or learning;
  • Achieve agreed upon Key Account targets and KPIs for your categories and customers;
  • Contribute to overall e-Commerce strategy by monitoring and discussing new opportunities for growth in the fast-changing eCommerce food market. 

Who we are looking for:

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Preferably 6+ years of experience, e-commerce experience is a must
  • Good knowledge of sales channel & client culture
  • Experience in budget and P&L management
  • Excellent communicator with strategic and interpersonal skills
  • Strong analytical skills and proactivity
  • Fluency both in English & Turkish
