About the Role:As a Key Account Manager eCommerce - Quick Commerce , your main responsibility will be guiding Ferrero’s sales strategy. You’ll work alongside the head of accounts to build brilliant relationships with a breadth of clients, define sales strategies, targets, programs, commercial initiatives, and promotional policies. - Build online business plans with your customers to drive the overall business;
- Execute online plans that are aligned with overall business objectives and customer strategies;
- Align the strategy implementation with all relevant stakeholders (Global e-commerce, local sales and marketing)
- Facilitate excellence in execution in the daily business by planning, forecasting, communicating, anticipating, measuring results consistently and implementing corrective action or learning;
- Achieve agreed upon Key Account targets and KPIs for your categories and customers;
- Contribute to overall e-Commerce strategy by monitoring and discussing new opportunities for growth in the fast-changing eCommerce food market.
- Bachelor’s degree
- Preferably 6+ years of experience, e-commerce experience is a must
- Good knowledge of sales channel & client culture
- Experience in budget and P&L management
- Excellent communicator with strategic and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical skills and proactivity
- Fluency both in English & Turkish
