Now we are looking for a Jr.Accounting Specialist who has the following criteria and will add strength to our team.
Job Description
Responsible for the accounting (supplier and client invoices, bank statements, petty cash, travel expenses, bookings related to month end closing) for our Turkish company including 2 branches
Preparation of monthly and yearly closings
Issuing of client and intercompany invoices
Bank and Cash Transactions
Reconciliation of all accounts (supplier, client, salary etc.)
Communication with external auditors, tax consultants, tax office, other institutions
Close collaboration with Payroll Accounting and Group Controlling
General administrative tasks (mail handling, petty cash)
Requirements
Have a university degree in related studies
1 year experience in Accounting Department
Good knowledge of Turkish fiscal law
Verbal and written skills in English is a must
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (especially Excel and Word)
High reliability, excellent analytical and communication skills, flexibility
Excellent reporting knowledge, ability to report daily/weekly/monthly
Ability to learn quickly and handle complexity, change and ambiguity
Military service should be completed for male candidates
