What do we expect you to bring?
General Qualifications
· Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, MIS, Engineering, or other relevant fields
· 7+ years of IT Business Analyst or IT Product Owner experience focused on creating product backlog, eliciting requirements, determining priorities and driving the development team for execution of backlog
· Insurance sector and health domain experience is a huge plus.
· Agile methodology experience and knowledge in iterative incremental delivery is desired.
· Demonstrated ability to think creatively and strategically when implementing projects and solving problems.
· Capability in understanding the technical aspects of the project.
· Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences.
· Strong coordination skills and willingness to take responsibilities.
· Knowledge and understanding on SQL.
· Experience in software development lifecycle and business analysis tools (e.g. JIRA, Confluence, Visio, Balsamic, SOAP UI etc..)
· Fluency in English.
How can you make an impact?
· Working as a TEAM MEMBER in agile project teams and taking business analyst and scrum master responsibilities.
· Gather and analyze functional and non-functional requirements of the stakeholders and design the best solutions to meet their needs.
· Convert business requirements into technical software specifications and prepare high-quality design deliverables including process modelling, data modelling, and integration details.
· Support Product Owner and Key Business Resources to plan and execute UAT phases.
· Support Project Manager in project coordination and project management activities.
